This vintage original child’s sled is a nice piece for collectors or to be used as a primitive winter decoration. While the paint is very faint, this is a very old Lightning Guider (made by standard Novelty Works, Duncannon, PA.) The wood is in good condition, the metal has some rust. There is a break in the underside metal brace that connects the front frame to the sled body. It is approximately 33” long, 11 1/2” wide, with a 23” long steering bar.
