Experienced Line Cook, Sous Chef, Chef who is competent in the complete duties to run the kitchen, excluding hiring. It is a benefit if you know the front of the house and bartending. Seeking a calm personality that comes to work with a good attitude. Looking for a professional who is extremely motivated and passionate about their craft.
