Pay: $15–$17/hr to start (higher based on experience)
About the Role:
We're hiring a dependable, hard-working Property Preservation Technician to join our Millville, PA team. We maintain vacant and foreclosed homes for different banks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position,- perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and their community and wants a steady, year-round employment with a consistent schedule. No experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right person and invest in their success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Day-to-day work varies and keeps things interesting. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lawn mowing
Weed eating and edging
Shrub and tree trimming
Property winterizations
General home repairs and general maintenance
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Highly self-motivated
Reliable and dependable
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Prior property maintenance experience is a plus - but not required
Pay & Schedule:
Starting pay is $15 - $17 per hour depending on experience. Experienced candidates may be considered for higher pay. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with consistent daytime hours, when work is available there is opportunity for overtime.
